Rules

The Cuneo Dance Meeting is an event organized by A.S.D. Arabesque by Cristina Chirco and created by Cristina Chirco, Giada Guerci and Giulia Gribaudo.

The third edition of this dance workshop will take place in Cuneo from the 27th to the 30th august 2025 at the Auditorium Foro Boario (Varco Space).

At this workshop are invited all Italian and foreign dancers, aged 7 years old or older.

All participants will have to show that they are suitable for the physical activity, by displaying the relevant certificate that must be valid on the date of the event.

All adults participants (over 18 years old of age) will have to give said certificate and those under 18 years old of age will have to be authorized to attend at the event by their parents or by who takes their place.

STUDY LEVELS:

• Ballet, Contemporary
  Beginner-Intermediate (indicatively from 11 to 14 years old)
  Intermediate-Advanced (indicatively from15 years old and over)
  Adult Beginner (from 18 years old)
• Modern Baby
  from 7 to 10 years old
• Tap
  Baby: 7 to 10 years old
  Beginner-Intermediate (no age limits)
  Intermediate-Advanced (no age limits)
• Hip-hop
  Baby: 7 to 10 years old
  Beginner-Intermediate (no age limits)
  Intermediate-Advanced (no age limits)
• Contemporary Jazz
  One level (indicatively from 11 years old and over)
• Masterclass Contemporary and Hip Hop with Choros Ballet
  One level (indicatively from 11 years old and over)

Each level for each discipline can only be activated with a minimum of 10 participants.

During the event, the teachers will hold special Choreographic Laboratory (LAB) lessons, dedicated to the preparation of the pieces that will be performed during the final Gala. Access to the Laboratories is only for Class Card and Open Card meeters.

The last day of the event will thus be entirely dedicated to the preparation of the Gala for the final evening, during which the meeters will be given the opportunity to perform, with their own pieces or in the choreographic pieces specially created by the teachers during the choreographic laboratories.

To join the event is mandatory to send the registration module, with confirmation of payment for the registration (that includes insurance that must be valid at the time of the event) , the attendance payment (that may vary depending on what you chose to attend) as well as the filled in and subscribed authorization, the participants’ ID documents and the certificate of suitability for physical activity.

The requests to partecipate must be sent by the 25th july 2025, in order to activate the different classes.

In case of requests sent after the 25th july 2025, the fee will be 10% higher than original.

The registration-insurance fee cannot be refunded and in case a participant would not able to attend the lesson/lessons will be eligible to get a refund of 50% of the fee only if rectified by the 10th August 2025.

Each participant will have to fill in the pre-registration module, following the instructions on the website. When filling out the application, any scholarships held must be attached in order to calculate the expected discount (It is specified that in the case of multiple scholarships or discount, they cannot be combined, and the one with the highest discount rate will be applied). The payment for the registration and participation fee will have to be made by bank transfer within 10 days from the pre-registration, to the details that will be given from the Management.

We advise you to verify the lessons timetable in the Time Table publishes on the Cuneo Dance Meeting 2025 website, depending on the participant’s level and age.

By the end of the event each participant will be given a certificate of attendance and scholarships could be assigned by the teachers, that will be handed over during the last day.

Registering to the event means:

• Accepting the rules.
• The release in favor of A.S.D. Arabesque by Cristina Chirco and of the Cuneo Dance Meeting, as event manager, to use pictures and videos taken during the event, without giving any benefit or right to the participants: the audiovisual and photographic material will be owned only by the management and could be used on printed paper, internet or tv with promotional and informative purposes to the event.
• Exemption from responsibility for any loss, or damage to people, objects and personal belongings, that might occur during the event.
